I2I promotes M&A transactions between Indian and Israeli IT companies in order to create global leadership presence.
I2I advises both buy and sell sides.
I2I identifies suitable M&A targets, defines the business drivers and the appropriate models to support the transaction, manages the relationship while bridging the cross cultural/business gaps and supports the post merger integration process.
I2I’s team members have taken part in numerous successful M&A transactions.
Business Development
I2I is leading two main types of business development activities. Assisting young innovative Israeli companies and the large Indian system integrators work together, in order to deliver combined service and product to global customers.
I2I is helping Israeli companies (mainly in the enterprise SW space) penetrate the Indian market which is expected to grow by >40% YoY for the next 5 years
